Scholarships WALTIC will be offering a limited number of scholarships to delegates participating in the Congress program within the field of Best Practice or Stories. The scholarships cover travel, accommodation and waived registration fee for the Congress and will be allocated to delegates from low-income countries, as per the World Bank List of Economies. The scholarships are funded by the Writers to Writers Initiative, Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) and the Swedish Institute.  UPDATE 15 April 2008:  Please note that the deadline for Best Practice and Stories have now passed. Receivers of scholarships are currently being notified. If you have a late Best Practice or Story you may still send it to info@waltic.com, and we will keep it on file.
